When i thought of a topic to write that is universal,interesting and
something of which i can write with authority, the first thing that
caught my mind was masturbation.I am sure 99% of you have done it
atleast once in your life.And ofcourse its a routine for many of you,
rather most of you especially adolescents and everyone who has not
got a girlfriend to fuck.
So lets get serious.I have known many friends who have never realised
the full potential of masturbation.Well i will help you in this.
1.How often-the leading doubt regarding masturbation is how often you
can do it without any problems. The first thing you have to remember
is that masturbation does not have any medical complications and will
not affect your sex life. Only extreme excessive masturbation may be
three times a day regularly will cause any long term problem. Even
that is yet to be substantiated.Masturbation is a normal physiological
phenomenon and even animals do it! Now the answer for how often you
can masturbate is rather irrelevant. It depends on how you feel. But
the best thing is to have a pulsating variation.that is you can
masturbate heavily for two or three days about 2-3 per day and then
leave a gap of around one week.This will keep your penis fresh and
your sexual senses will have ample recovery time.
2.Position-most people do it in the standing position in bathrooms.It
is utterly wrong.Your are wasting your sexual energy.The best position
is lying in your bed with head high or you can use the lithotomy
position(legs raised on either side and head low. Legs can be kept on
a stand). Later you can invent your own comfortable positions.
3.Time-the best time is early in the morning because the sex hormones
are released then. But it is not practical so you can have it at
night.
4.technique- its the most important part.Different people have
different techniques. Its much easier for those who have not
circumcised as the foreskin can be moved on the glans which is a
sexually rewarding experience.Now if you are circumcised you can use a
condom or other sexual aids.
Lubrication-the best lubrication is the secretions that come normally
when you are sexually stimulated. If not you can use saliva or creams
like ky jelly. Saliva is better though it has only short action.
Now how to make this time tested techniques better. Here are the
common mistakes you make.
1.Too fast hand movement.
You must move your hands in a musical manner.Neither fast nor slow.
But in a rhythmic movement so that your precious penis does not feel
any stress. Let it have its own course.
2.Stopping movement once semen starts to come out. Most mistake this
as the orgasm point. Then you are utterly mistaken.Orgasm comes at a
much later point.The most balant mistake you make is to leave the
penis once semen starts to come. What you have to do is to continue
your hand control and movements on the penis.Concentrate hard on your
sexual thoughts.Make sure that you think about what really turns you
